Cancellations and Refunds

Students unable to attend a scheduled lesson appointment should notify Windfall Equestrian Center within 24 hours prior to the appointment in order to receive a refund or credit.  If you are unable to attend a scheduled lesson appointment and do not notify Windfall Equestrian Center in advance, you will be charged the full cost of the lesson and you will not receive a refund or credit.  Exceptions may be made, at the instructor’s discretion, for students unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. inclement weather or illness).

If a student is unable to use lessons purchased in a package, the student may be issued a refund within 60 days of purchase, less the full value of all lessons used prior to the date of cancellation.

If a scheduled riding lesson is cancelled by the instructor due to inclement weather or illness, students will be notified and the lesson fee will be refunded in the event that the appointment cannot be rescheduled for a later date.

If a refund has been approved in accordance with the requirements outlined in this policy, the refund will be provided by check.
